Open Door Cafe, Kyle
Sincere thanks to all our friends and supporters at the Cafe who donated a fantastic £300.00 this month.  This money will go towards respite costs and craft activities so young carers can make Christmas gifts to give to family and friends.

Plockton & District Horticultural and Handicraft Society
We have received a very generous donation of £216.00 from the Society.  Thank you so much to everyone who contributed towards the sale of flowers and produce at your Annual Show.  This money will be used to support the quarterly young carer respite breaks which are so important to their well-being and development.

Plockton Historical Society
Thank you so much for your latest £25.00 donation which was kindly donated by your guest speaker.  This money will contribute towards young carer snacks during respite break outings.

Inside Out, Portree
A very big thank you to customers and staff at Inside Out for collection can donations amounting to £84.02.  This money will be used to provide party foods for our planned Young Carer Christmas parties.

Personal Donation 
Our sincere thanks go to a couple who are very loyal Young Carer supporters.  The £110.00 donation will be used as requested to provide Starbucks cards for young carers and our volunteer going on the Edinburgh Residential trip later this month.  They will be able to get a cup of hot chocolate etc. when they want to escape the shopping crowd pressure!

Dunvegan Castle and Gardens
Our sincere thanks to Dunvegan Castle and Gardens for their generous and very much appreciated donation of £300.00.  This money will be used to help support our Young Carer Christmas parties and respite activities. 

Skyelark, Armadale
Many thanks indeed to customers and staff at Skyelark who donated a very much appreciated donation of £88.64.  This money will be used to support our Young Carers Christmas party activities.

Lochalsh Knitters Workshop
Thank you so much for your latest donation of £99.00 which was raised through the sale of hand knitted baby clothes in the Red Craft Shop in Plockton.  We really appreciate the time, materials and expertise which goes into producing these lovely garments for the benefit of young carers.  The money will be used to provide Christmas party treats for more than 50 young carers in our area.

Rhoda Grant MSP & John Finnie MSP
Sincere thanks to our MSP S&L Young Carer Champions for donating a very welcome £150.00 through ComRes.  This money will be used to support our weekly group session running costs.  We run 5 groups per week - 3 for high school age young carers in South Skye & Lochalsh and North Skye and another two for primary school age young carers in South Skye and Lochalsh and North Skye.
