Personal Donation
Our sincere thanks for the personal donation of £42.50 raised through the knitting and selling of baby clothes.  We really appreciate the use of your time and skill for the benefit of young carers.  This money will go towards supporting the much looked forward to Christmas respite programme.

Broadford and Portree Co-op Stores
Massive thank you to our volunteers, Co-op staff and generous customers for their brilliant support.  You raised a fantastic total of £2,224 in sponsorship our Young Carer Great Wilderness Challenge Team.  Whatever we raise in sponsorship is topped up by their committee, all money raised is then maximised for the benefit of young carers in Skye and Lochalsh.

Highland Cross
We're speechless!  Words can't say how grateful we are for the magnificent minibus we have just received, if ever anything was all singing and all dancing then this is it!  To help make the long travel journeys more enjoyable for young carers they have even provided a DVD player and drop down screen.  We will be using the minibus in partnership with YMCA to benefit more young people in Skye and Lochalsh, this partnership will also help us with the running costs.  Thank you again to Highland Cross for this amazing gift and the invaluable support we're received.

Great Wilderness Challenge (GWC)
We're speechless again!  Thanks to the wonderful support of our community our hardy team members raised sponsorship of over £28,000 for this year's event.  We have just been told by GWC that they have topped-up this amount to give us a final amazing figure of £35,000!  This means that during 2014 we were able to raise the £32,000 required to avoid us having to use up some of our very limited reserves.  Thank you so much to everyone who helped make this happen, please know that we could not do what we do for the benefit of young carers without you.
